RE:RE:RE:what??JC  wud it not be prudent for KWG, FN's and any prospective buyer to be in a mutually binding non-disclosure agreement until

such time that both the Feds and Prov have signed off on all details which would put the hammer down on the 8 billion

spec theories that would occur.  This is GOOD for the small guy like me IMO.  Once finalized the sp will react accordingly.

Since the NOT fiasco the SEC has to be keeping a close eye on any potential AUSSIE dealings with lawyer CEO's or

the entire system is in jeopardy...  JMO folks..  MB
