Hmm, you say "if they would like to be helped". Are you serious? I can't pretend to understand all of what FN goes through on a daily basis throughout the year but I think any "help" that has been given by the Canadian government thus far has been minimal to what could actually be done to improve the region. (Last 100 years) The only reason anyone is talking about "helping" yet again is because we want something from them.

I used satire to discribe using the emergency act to make it happen, but you seem like it should be an option with your bulldozer remark. I truly hope everyone can come out of this a winner, I truly do. Let's just not pretend that we're not trying to get the most from a "people" by giving them the least. History is clear on this and it appears Canada is about to repeat it once again.
