RE:RE:Did Everybody Get This?There is way to much focus on Smith here, anybody who has been a longtime shareholder of FNC knows the story and is tired of it.
The agreement made between Smith,Kamaleddine and KWG is positive coming after a lot and I mean a lot of woe between FNC and Kamaleddine, Kamaleddine and Smith and Smith and FNC. Pretty sure the whole mess could have been avoided with better communication and good moral intention.
The path forward is to achieve betterment for all shareholders and leave the bitterness behind. It is unfortunate for FNC not being able to capitalize on its assets which include the guy who put it all together.
