I'm not sure Condrad even appreciates how good a deal this is going to be... Looking at the notes to the financial statements of Anglo Pacific (a credible source), the value the Ring-of-Fire Chromite at USD$380/tonne.  Then they discount the heck out of it with Probability factors, high interest rates and as long a time period as they can get away with before having to write it off
