There are only 300 FN's people living on reserve. Are the leaders that stupid ? The amount of cash they could earn just off of partnership would have them rolling in the dough. Not to mention the off shoot jobs that they would have first dibs on. They could be off of boil water, have cash to build as many homes as needed. There is zero other reason, enviro issues in todays world will all be put in place before mining. So it boils down to simple greed and lazyness on their part. I for one am sick of it, these acts turn normal hard working , tax paying citizens against these groups. Fire up the bulldozer and get going !!

W T F is a "dude" cause of greed.  They being the misled FN chiefs of Matawa and Neskatanga  are only waiting for their under the table cash handout, before they sign on the line. Its time the common people in each reserve start to protest this dragging of the Band Councils  feet at the expense of getting issues solved on each reserve in the RoF. Time os NOT on their
