Public service announcement to the eternal pessimistInvesting is your responsibility and yours alone. You're in charge of what you read, the data reviewed, who you listen to, who you believe, and most importantly, your actions. Investing is a personal decision and should be owned accordingly. No one made any current or historical shareholder buy shares. This is on you. Some investing decisions turn out well, some don't. It just comes with the territory.
For those that don't believe in Heritage, please do everyone a favor, sell you shares. The incessant and pitiful drone of your dispare, distrust, and dissatisfaction speaks volumes about the content of your character. You don't hear the majority on here crying all the damn time. This is embarrassing for you guys.
People like Guru and a few others set lofty predictions which I don't agree with. I'm of the mind that pumping is just as detrimental as bashing. Much misinformation is created and perpetuated disenchanting potential investors and when such timelines go unmet, children seem to want to take their toys from the sandbox and go home, usually grumbling about how unfair life is. If it hasn't dawned on your already, the largest reason people tolerate it is that it doesn't run contrary to our own expected progression of this company. The timeline may be accelerated and unrealistic but overall, it's how we all see the company evolving. Optimism is just easier to cope with. Deep down, you know this.
I don't understand why some choose, and that's a key word here (choose), to let this make or break their day, their investment strategy, their lives, their mood, whatever. Take ownership of your own stuff. If you don't like what he says, ignore him. It's pretty simple. You do not have to insist on sulking and feeling take advantage of. Stop being a victim. Take ownership of your life. You're stronger than this.
