I think it takes a lot of time and energy to get familiar with the terminology and processes of regulatory environments, small cap growth curves, stock analysis, etc. It just takes time and I tried not to say too much until I figured I had something to say that was of use to someone.
My concern as I've seen it before is that there are those that use inexperience against you instead of attempting to help educate you. Unfortunately, they miss an opportunity to make a believer out of the undecided. Even more disappointing, they attempt to embarrass the novice investor in an effort to make themselves appear powerful.
Diligent, Spud, Entranceperium, bmeister, etc. seem to have an excellent grip on reality and always have something useful to say. More importantly for me, I feel there's no agenda except to tell the story straight and be positive. Mig and GoldE seem to be consistently positive and without agenda as well. Separate the wheat from the chaff, the useful and the useless, and stay focused, brother. This will sort itself out. They just need time, patience, and our support.
