899 Million shares out....

Only a matter of time before they RS the stock, see almost every other Co. these guys are tied to....

Prediction; they will wrap this up in pretty bow and move this to another Co.

Do your DD on these guys and stop averaging down, the Sector needs to be flushed out, many need to go to ZERO.

Magnum2, I agree a RS is in the offering.  Everything they touch goes no where.  Clint bought these companies with shares.  It would take between 30 and 50 million sales just for the stock to trade in the high teens with the amount of shares outstanding.  I own 100,000 shares and my breakeven is .36 cents a share then I'm gone.

I don’t think they will go for RS in the near future as they are making money now, they just need to report a quarter or two more with positive cash flow and % improvement. Would be nice to see if they seriously consider the buy back shares option to reduce the no of shares and increase shareholder value. I can see 20 c easily…..

I would agree, why RS when the company is profitable, such a waste.  The share price should rise on it's own.  Heritage is one of the few publicly traded cannabis companies that is actually starting to make a profit.   I know that I have mentioned a share buyback a few times, but that really depends on what those profits are and are they still bringing in enough profit that it ...more

My breakeven is also 30 cents and change. I have over 100k also and will be as fast as a lightning strike to get out if we get close to breakeven. What a focken fiasco this mj space has been for me!!

I certainly understand your frustration as I had been invested in Heritage a few years back.  I did take a substantial loss, but made far more money moving what capital I could preserve onto other stocks.  For the investors that held I know it's not a great position to be in, but I think there are brighter times ahead.   Now I'm back because at this price the stock seems to ...more

Inviolablspirit, because I'm retired my holdings are being looked after by financials planners who have done very well by me.  They both told me not to get involved with Heritage because it was a risky investment.  The fool that i am I trusted Clint thinking he was experienced CEO.  Well six years later we all can see the results.  He may have saved the company by changing ...more

I don't think it was completely wrong to believe in the management at the time of investment as Clint Sharples is a very experienced CEO who has been quite successful in running companies.  However, the cannabis sector turned out to be a very different beast all together requiring him to make several decisions to keep Heritage from going the way of so many failed cannabis companies.   ...more

sounds very familiar bober2... buying companies with shares .... and now company thinking reverse split.... sounds EXACTLY like AGRA...... reverse spits are not the way to go.....look at AGRA for instance... had almost 2 billion shares when the RS happened....150 to 1... 3 cents.. ... bumped it to 3.00 share a year ago....now it sits at .02 cents again.... these guys sound like they sold their ...more

Minderbender64, I hate those reverse slpits.  Never made a dime on them when I traded on the VSE.  The promotors and the brokers are the only ones that did well.  In order for Heritage to trade around a dollar a share the revenues would have to be in 30 to 50 million dollar range.  If Clint uses equity instead of buying companies with shares maybe we have a chance.  We' ...more

good luck bober2... I have been thinking of buying a few shares of heritage but AGRA has turned me off the cannabis sector.... nothing but scams and lies for last 4 years... just read your post and seen quite a few similarities.... it heritage is involved with mcap they are doomed... mcaps hitstory is to short every company they get involved with into the ground... they should be investigated and ...more
