Fully Funded

With an exercise price of 0.25 on the warrants.  Interesting.  Working with the Chinese organization makes me slightly nervous as I have a feeling they will re-negotiate items at some point to their benefit.  However Mr. Goulet is a veteran and has probably put in necessary safe guards.

Satandar Mine is good to go include an off-take agreement.
