We tendered to the offer for a couple of reasons. First, we had a nice gain in a short period of time and second, we didn't know how Gazit Group would treat minority shareholders or what they might do about dividends.
Has there been anything said about future dividends?
In any event, we are still holding the approx. 10% of our shares that weren't taken up. Hopefully the dividends will continue or Gazit will offer to buy up the odd lots at the offer price. Was it $13.25? (It has been a while)
