register with OLCC- they send me stuff 3-4 times per week as its very fluid. As I hope you know a truly stable Rec Market wont be in place till Oct 2016.
Regarding the stock decline- I am dismayed that the GLH has not come out with a statement on the rules passed last week that banned both manufactuers and retailers from selling Oils and Extracts to the Recreational market till proper licencing was done- projected applications April 1 and 3-3.5 months for licencing.
GLH is now scrambling to push the BUD side of their business- definite Pivot reason is all the REC CO2 etxtractions are a Class B felony- both Manufacture and Retail. CO2 is their primary extraction source- the only extraction that is allowed is Clear- Low heat and tpressure- BHO, BPO and Co2 are all banned
My sources in Portland say they laid off half their staff- I know the Industry inPortland says that over 1500 layoffs last week
Hope they are getting Washington up and running soonest.
Could be long dry summer!
