Golden Leaf Holdings a 'Tale of Two Countries'

Golden Leaf Holdings a 'Tale of Two Countries'First of all Golden Leaf is a Canadian firm listed on the (CDN a Canadian exchange). Although the CDN is a reputable exchange - Canadian regulators are concerned that the United States Federal government may look unfavorably on Canadain companies with USA holdings. Thus' there is a trepidation to invest in canabis companies that maybe subject to potential unfavorable US regulations.

In Canada over the past year, TSX (Toronto Stock Exhange) put out cautionary warnings about delisting firms with USA subsiduaries. This has made investors leary of investing in Golden Leaf.
Their concerns have dissipated since Canadian reguators have eased up on this punitive policy.
With CGC ( Canopy Growth) now listed on the New York Stock exchange the path toward international acceptance seems inevitable.

Now we have (MMG -Medical Marajuana Group)  a Canadian based cannabis producer who has recieved  licences  to both cultivate and sell cannabis. The  Golden Leaf stock has only increased marginally which begs the question; why is it not through the roof. As it  has been pointed out several times in the past - the plant is small and will produce ony $ 900,000 CAD.

Second in the USA Golden Leaf is listed over the counter - pink sheets ( high risk in many investors minds). Being listed over the counter has another negative affect for Canadian investors with RRSP or TFSA accounts - under these Investment vehicles one is prohibited from buying over the counter stocks.

Golden Leaf Holdings is Canadian based and head quartered in Toronto this is an advantage since cannibis will be legal next month Federally and Provincially. The upshot is if things go negative in USA  there is a fall back position in Canada.

In conclusion, Mr. Simpson has suggested that Golden Leaf Holdings is going to eventually be listed on NASDAQ. If and when this happens the stock will sky rocket, Now the question becomes is this possible? I repectfully submit to you my fellow investors that the firm has been sucessful and under the  leadership of Mr. Simpson -  a NASDAQ listing is possible.

The future of cannibis is in the USA  with a population ten times Canada. The medical discoveries and proven treatments make cannibis the wonder drug. As public awareness becomes more manifest federal legalization is inevitible. Golden Leaf Holdings is perfectly positioned to take advantage in the light of  eventual USA legalization.
