It 's a bloody miracle and an outstanding one!

It 's a bloody miracle and an outstanding one!We have a new CEO. Simpson was and is a light weight. Management is the key to success in business. GLH was a slide into hell eventhou many moves were good ones. My experience as consultant and business school graduate has taught me that there are three stages in business.
Start up, growth and maturity.
It was tiime for Simpson to move on.I am thankful for the expansion and growth instituted by the board. The foundation has been layed for a great company. While Mr. Simpson helped operate the firm during this period, the demands of the new structures are beyond his ablilities. A multi tiered, international, publicly traded company  require a leader such as Mr.Kulczycki.
The fact that Mr. Simpson has stayed demonstrates the growing strength of the GLH team. The fact that Mr. Simpson's contributions to the firm have been an will be positve. I am delighted and impressed with the new direction. MY only regret is that I did not increase my position earlier in the week.
