"Why?"
The Debentures were converted at $.06

If those investors are trying to average down from .06 after agreeing to extend some debt and to take equity positions a week or so ago doesn't it make sense that there is intrinsic value in the company?
If that value existed on the 22nd then I believe it still exists today.

How does continuing to pressure the share price work for anyone particularly at this level when there isn't much room left to work it down?

My rationale says:
There is value in the company therefore it would only make sense for those former debenture holders to pressure down in order to average even lower.
If that is the case it strongly suggests  positive "Insider Information" is being acted on.
