The news about Biden's 1950's security policy only broke this week. That news did not make the whole sector drop. It barely moved the needle.
Have you seen the stock price history for the last 3 months? We have bouncing between 5.5 and 6 cents for almost a month. Practically the entire sector is trading in a narrow band, GLH is no different.
