Thus far in 2014, it has had wholesale changes in both, strategy, management, board membership, names and ownership. It has not paid a single dollar towards the debt that exceeds its assets which isn't abnormal for such company and today CHALF value is down by > 99% in 7 years or simply CHALF is only worth 1% compared to 2014 BUT is ONLY worth only less than 20% of its value 7 months ago when it was $1.27!!!
