A long history of scamming investors to enrich themselves

A long history of scamming investors to enrich themselvesThat is exactly what Chalice/ Golden Leaf did over the past decade. Golden Leaf started out as a gold mining company based out of Toronto. Then suddenly got into the marijuana business. Then bought Chalice Farms locally owned Portland marijuana dispensary and ruined it trying to make it "the Starbucks of cannabis". All they do is underpay their workers and give giant bonuses to upper management while they continue to change their DBA and moving their board around, and as you said, reissuing shares so they can continue to buy out the poor mom and pop struggling dispensaries in Portland. They are grotesque. I ca tell everyone first hand that they were making record profits during the pandemic. So why hasn't their stock reflected their record sales that they have been giving Jeff Yapp and John Varghese their giant bonuses?? The employees certainly haven't gotten any raises. They can barely pay their rents
