I'm not delighted with the situation, either but I'm taking a wait and see attitude, as in wait until June 15th which was the latest they said they'd file and see what the numbers add up to. They have a lot of assets and the sales and revenues have skyrocketed in the last year. The debt is serviceable and of course if the Federal laws change the company is well positioned.
