Now they can't pay suppliers Halted & 18 mths No financials

Has anyone seen a "public company" without any financials since September 30th 2021? Has any investor seen a public company that has no Chief Financial Officer for months now while promising us "financials are on the way"! Who will certify them if there is NO CFO? OD3 is right; there is no legitimacy to any public company without the above. Furthermore, investors have already lost - 97% off their investment since May 2021, the reverse split date, from $1.27 to $0.045 in a record 19 months
