Hi guys. 

Doing DD.
On Twitter , @leighmhughes (investmnt guy) on Dec 16  says ORTH is going to uplist 
on the Nasdaq early Q1.
I couldn't find a press release and nobody here mentions anything about it.

Ideas ?

ORTH says in latest NR  Select US investment bankers and pursue a listing on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange in the second half of the 2021 year. ORTH will need to move the price up over $ 2 USD/share and have atleast a market breadth of 200 shareholders to even have a chance to getting on the NASDAQ
