Or they can restructure it and reprice the debenture to 5 cents or 180 million shares if exercised. But how would they keep paying 10% interest or $900k annually when they only generate less than 20k ...more

$9 Million Debenture due in less than 9 months. Management fees alone wiped out many of this money. TRASH STOCK. Heading to less than 1 cents!!

Currently staying with CHM. It has made a nice cup & handle formation. Strong support is @ .08 and as well as the 200 mda. Any movement above .08 is still ok, if it drops below the 200 mda @ .08 ...more
