This at the very least seems incestuous and I wonder if the authorities that supervise the markets would not think that something crooked has gone on here? Mr. Grand brokered the sale of the Dawson Property to Zephyr at a ridiculous price (something like $1.00 per ounce) at a time he was saying that this was the "crown jewel" of Celtic Minerals and a great asset.  Will Felderhof was a director of Celtic and his son runs Zephyr.  Now, Mr. Grand shows up on the board of Zephyr.  I wonder where the money went that paid for the asset.  Was it all to salaries of the above players that worked for Celtic and had a fiduciary duty to their shareholders first? Do we have any legal options here? Can the securities regulators be asked to look into this.  Any thoughts?
