They had this so called little tweak in the formula in November last year. They were still going to produce but had to wait for new packaging. That excuse went on for 3 months then it was the flavour test. Hahahaha. Lastly , they don’t have to wait for a patent. That could take 5 years and they also never had a patent. Their trademark name “ Cannastrips “ has also come into question recently that it isn’t their trademark and the name is already being used
