NR Musings and Form 7So we have not had our NR...and I believe there is "material" information that is being held back, that is at least one 15,000 order of Reveur - As this is the inaugural first order, and the first large revenue for LDS this is a material event.. but Brad is sitting on this and they are comfortable NOT NR's this! In addition..in Form 7: they extended the performance warrants from June 30 to September 30, 2018 It is evident, that the "new" Cali rules and regs have delayed LDS's revue and business plan by a few months... as evident by the performance extension by 3 months I am now thinking that Brad will WAIT until the 300 litre order is delivered and paid for before releasing their NR. If they are sitting on material news of the Reveur, why disappoint the market on the 300 litre "in the bag" delay??.... Brad told Equity Guru, he was eager to announce revenues.... but I think this was before the new July 1 regs...... plus we know the final product needs final lab testing before this can be finalized which is 5- 14 days!!! So, I am now of the belief...we are day by day probably awaiting for the final lab certification of our 300 litre purity certification..... We will know the NR is coming when volume and price increase (SP leakage)
