AmalgamationOur CEO Brad said that Cannastrips is a "DISRUPTIVE" and "PREDATORY" product. That's why I invested. I'm 72 & haven't used Cannabis since college but I've always believed in legalization. This disruptive predatory product made sense to me simply because --who likes to smoke? When Brad used these impressive adjectives I took it to mean that Cannastrips will beat, belittle and destroy competitor's smokeables, edibles, vapes or whatever else they come up with. So why then would he think we stockholders would like the idea of turning over our 100% ownership to get 29% ownership of a company who has never made a penny & who will be selling & distributing products which Cannastrips will be disrupting and preying on. Furthermore the TCAN stock price has been artifically inflated so how can he expect any confidence in the deal at all. And when the deal falls, how can he expect us to have any confidence in him ever again.
