If what you are saying is true, then it proves that Brad is not only incompetent but seriously delusional. Why would CGOC loan Brad $900K if COOL was so broke and barely surviving? None of this makes any sense. However, this scenario shows why COOL is the mj stock that has no price bottom. Delisting will be coming next, I'm afraid.
