If we are still paying "Worthless Phil", the IR guy who hasn't picked up the phone in many many months, how can the legal Plan B investor's attorney allow this flagrant abuse of investor funds?

No one is getting paid right now except for the cultivation employees. No one has gotten paid for a while. Frankly I’m impressed managment is still fighting for this company. If they were all as greedy as you say I would have thought they would have all jumped ship. This includes Brad, Phil and Casey

  You are impressed mgmt is still fighting for this company?  Are you serious?  I'm not impressed.  Mgmt has A LOT of skin in the game, & they certainly are not fighting for shareholder interests.  They are fighting for their own = millions of shares/options at stake.  In "normal" business, shareholder wealth is dependent on company success.

You can make whatever wild claims you want. The fact is, that with their silence management has told us things haven't changed, and everyone is still feeding at the trough getting what they can at the shareholders expense.

You are telling me that COOL is so broke that they can't even pay their employees? That could be. But why then, did they just recently borrow and receive $1 million dollars in loan money to begin construction on a new Adelanto dispensary? Who goes into massive debt and expansion when they are struggling to survive? If what you are saying is true, then it proves that Brad is not only

that this might not have been a good investment? the fast acting strips seemed like a good idea but i guess the world isn't ready or mgmt is so bad they could never be successful
