This announcement of distribution of company assets directly to insiders is outrageous conduct and strips the company of valuable assets.
Note that it was onlly a few months ago that Exploits Discovery shares owned by Crest were transferred to the very companies that they are not divesting directly to insiders. This may suggest that this insider distribution has been planned for some time which raises the question of whether the RSU approval was just been a sham.
It also cast a terrible stain over the entire Newfoundland Junior Mining sector which is just now being recognized as a world potential opportunity. Companies that are honestly trying to improve the industry from all of Newfoundland have just been slapped in the face!
If the BCSB has a complaints board all shareholders should be asking it to review (and reverse) the actions taken today by the senior management team of CRES including Mr. Collins!
