Covering approximately 810 square kilometers, the Allaru Project is located 80 kilometers (km) north of Julia Creek in central Queensland, Australia. The Company owns 66.7% of 1251797 BC Ltd, which owns 100% of 28 claims covering the historic Atlin-Rufner mine. The mine is about 23 km northeast of Atlin. The Leigh Creek Magnesite Project, located in the state of South Australia, consists of two exploration licenses covering approximately 664 square kilometers.
