CREST ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT CHANGES & TERMINATION OF RSU PLAN

Michael Collins has resigned from Crest Resources Inc. as president, chief executive officer and director of the company to follow other pursuits. The team at Crest thanks Michael for his work with the Crest team in building the company as it stands today and wishes him all the best in his future endeavors.

Following feedback from shareholders and the Canadian Securities Exchange, the Company has chosen to terminate its RSU Plan. Other than the awards granted earlier in 2021, no further awards have been or will be granted under the RSU Plan.

This should be read incojuction with the Collins authored Newswires of June 02 and 03, 2020. Most shareholders have no problem with rewarding employeess for a job well done, as long as the rewards are clearly attributable to their efforts and are reasobale and customary.  I submit tthat the Collins' plan awards were neeither reasonable nor customary. Well, he may be gone but he still is the kingmaker He is the biggest shareholder, so he still controls the board, Hopefully, they will disinfect his office so that the new CEO can breathe some fresh air. I wander where Emma stands on this issue. Audi.

Digger, You are correct - isn't greed wonderful? With respect to Emma, she will win either way; she knows what she is doing! At lower prices she can increase her position - maybe she is the "Anonymous" buyer that shows up on Stockwatch.
