Well I see what is happening here very soon. Pasha burned threw 24 000 000 million last year. They only have 1 227 783 dollars in their bank account. Looks like a PP is on the way.

Thing is they will need to sell 100 000 000 million shares to net 19 million in cash. Diluting this company to 294 million shares.

I just do not see any sucker even paying 19 cents per share for a PP. Hence the PP will probably head to 10 cents per share and they will need to sell 200 million shares.

I have to admit this is not looking good at this time. Pasha brand see you at .12 cents per share in the nexrt year I imagine. !!!!
