Company was a scam from the beginning - folks that did capital raise and Chairmain geting millions in founder shares for a ppt and concept.

If the business was turinging toonies into dimes - then they did it well.

they have done 1 roll-back. dont need another.  get a good update, convert some debt. it can run to 20.
