RE:Woah, did anyone get in on that eod dip?

RE:Woah, did anyone get in on that eod dip?Knowing how these dips never last and that you can't plan for them I decided to buy at the ask of 6.69. Pleased with the jump to 7 shortly afterwards.

Funny how I just left work where we had the company retirement planners in giving their yearly speech and talking up the power of compound returns. They used the example of annual return of 5%. I just laughed in my head knowing I can make that on a mid afternoon dip. Saved myself the MER and their piece of my pie while I was at it.

Basically if you want to buy its a pretty safe bet to put in a limit order 5-7% below the previous days close. Looking to sell works the same way only you could possibly aim higher and hope to catch the regular intraday jumps we have seen of 10% or more.
