RE:RE:15th trading day of VWAP above 8$Well, on October 31 the VWAP of that day was not above 8$, but I guess the keyword is concurrent in that news release, so a 15 day chunk's VWAP being above 8$, not individual days, gotcha. Those 10$ trading days definitely pushed that VWAP up for the previous 7$ days.
Yeah I wouldn't expect them to say that they would trigger the acceleration immediately, but maybe say they were now entitled to do so from now on?

Why would an investor (not trader) sell a company that doesn't need to raise money to grow earnings exponentially?
As I reiterated back when warrants were in the one dollar range, I didn't think they were going to be called so soon.
All we can do is speculate with the data we've been given!
