RE:Look at the PP Presentationyep, at close of this transaction fully diluted sharecount of the combined company will be around 370M. I realize that has been the path of aurora and some others with bloated billion plus share counts but I really dislike the dilutive approach to growing scale. estimated revs of 380M for 2019 on a 5.4B company is a forward psr of 14, which is near nosebleed levels for us mj stocks ( i realize the cad mj psr's are in some cases far more ludicrous). all in all i am not pleased and have sold down 10% of my position this morning and will reassess once i digest the conf call. certainly open to hearing other investors reasoned analysis here.
