The way I understand it is CRESCO will greatly benefit from this aquisition and it is already becoming very apparent that this is a fantastic value deal for them. This will greatly enhance their position in contrast to other companies that might take considerable time before they can see the value in their aquisitions! Post merger I expect the market to realize the value and we will likely see not only see a good pop on the CRESCO stock but a continuous uptrend as the leaders in the US MSO's start dominating the market and CRESCO revenues start to outpace the competition.
