Warrant Acceleration Reset

Looks like with the big down day we will have the countdown reset for the Warrants to accelerate.

I beg to differ. From Sedar April 19, 2018 on the topic of "Documents affecting rights of securityholders". “Acceleration Trigger” means a situation whereby the daily volume weighted average share price on the CSE of the issued and outstanding Common Shares is greater than $8.00 per Common Share for a period of 15 consecutive trading days following the date of issuance of the ...more

So where are the warrants curretnly sitting at, the VW has to be over 8.00 for 15 trading days?

Here is what the company said in its press release dated September 20, 2018 re: the warrant accelersation on the $4.50 exercise price warrants "Pursuant to the Warrant Indenture, the Company may accelerate the expiry date of the Warrants in the event that the volume weighted average closing price of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company ("Common Shares") is ...more

If someone wants to reach out to investor relations they should clarify ..... but there is a big difference between the legal wording of the 2 warrant acceleration triggers. Previously accelerated warrants: volume weighted average closing price of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company ("Common Shares") is greater than $6.00 per Common Share for a period of 15 ...more
