dang. canopy is doing all the right moves. but the longer legalization in US is put off the better cresco labs will be able to survive. this is why we are going up today is because of that deal. our valuation is weak compared to canopys. but dang they arent messing around

Great move for Canopy, but not sure I'd be happy if I was an Acreage shareholder (and perhaps they didn't like it so much either given the trading day). Much happier onboard an independant Cresco Lab train! Took me a while to digest the merger news (especially the VWAP premium.. they should have given us 1 for 1!), but I have full trust in our management, and so in their decision too ...more
