And yet CL is up but OH is down so we can maintain that $2.00 spread. Have stopped trying to figure out the logic of this but I'm looking forward to the merger. GLTA

From what I have seen in past mergers the market is not efficient in the arbitration between the two SP, but as the merger date approaches the window starts to close, towards the end it is fairly quick as the momentum traders jump on the train. I am sure there are many swing traders moving capital around on short term trades while they keep an eye on the SP of OH...as soon as they see the upward

I have seen multiple people post about a block of CL shares from an acquisition that will be free to trade on June 1.  As well you have contingent prospectus for approval for large offering os CL shares hanging out there.  I believe both of these items may be holding OH back as if either hits CL shares in interim it will erode the arb spread.  Only takes 15% drop in CL to eorde the
