I have read the filling for the deal, but I do not see in it what you're suggesting (25% cl can decrease with out a re vote).. can you pls come and paste, or direct me to the page number, thanks.

Don't bother. There Is absolutely nothing related about a 25% reduction. That's his game. He keep repeating the same nonsense but he never provides proof .

That's the last thing you should look at. In the stock market nothing what is seems. You should know that. Still. The question remains. We are still eagerly awaiting for your proof of the 25%. Right now your credibility shot to 0.
