Wait a minute, did David Vincent just admit the company is not a going concern?

If "may affect the Issuer’s ability to raise financing" and as at last financials only had less than 3 months cash, then is it insolvent?

Besides that, I thought Metalstream was financing them with USD$35M? If they have a 'deal' with Mr Eli Weir of Metalstream then why would it affect the issuers ability to raise financing?

I appreciate the fact that Metalstream hasn't fronted with money anywhere, but nonetheless, why would Mr David Vincent on one hand issue a press release announcing funding and on the other hand say they can't get funding - which is it?

This clown of a CEO has been a fecking disaster. He needs to resign ASAP.

Mr David Vincent, Mr Eli Weir, Mr Roahn Cavaliero and all their associated criminals need to go to prison. I'm sure the regulators and law enforcement are watching closely, very closely.
