Over an easily resolved and indeed regular standard requirement of public companies. GYA doesn't even own the rights to extract the gold MS signed up for, lost the only project it had, and has not been able to raise money in the best gold market in a decade, or ever actually. So, yeah, people are pissed off. MS' involvement with these two bottom feeders is telling. Of ALL the companies out there, why these two? Scan the markets, there are hundreds if not thousands of better options for MS.
