Metalstream was registered in 2013 This is well before Eli Weir and David Vincent dreamed up the Metalstream scam. One wonders if they did a trademark search, or if it's a deliberate strategy to rip off an existing brand (like say blockchain labs or sonata capital) to try and gain credibility in the resulting confusion.
In any event, Eli has already moved on and is working on his next venture - he has registered 2 real estate companies in New Zealand with a similar name to the house he was pretending to live in, along with a utility company and even a Museum!
I am guessing that for his next trick he will try to raise money to buy the $30M house by selling tokens in some variant of a timeshare grift. Presumably the current owners of the house weren't interested in Metalstream or Canamex tokens.
