As for the jurisdiction - obviously no one is chcking much of anything. It wouldn't suprise me if they grafted someone in there to 'add them to the list' for a few bucks.
Given the extent Eli Weir and Metalstream have gone to make a big song and dance about ISIN's and the criminal misrepresentation of the same. It sounds like another scheme is brewing to extract cash out of some unsuspecting investors. After all the evidence is all there.
AND we are yet to see, find or otherwise confirm any evidence that any bullion, licenses or certificates exist! No evidence of a bullion custodian either!
I note they always run away and go silent whenever that issue arises....A year later and still nothing!
