What will it take to move CUBE???

What will it take to move CUBE???One would think the last news release would = a very positive revenue stream.     Again sounds postive but next to no detail was given! Just like the 100MW news release zero details given.  The market is giving this a fluff valuation. Financing will it get done??? The market is giving no indication this is happening!  Vanadium spin out??? The Market looks to have given up on that.   Hopefully these guys can put out some solid informative news soon.
