The Impossible is happening

This is the first time I've heard about the 4.4 million convertible debentures. Why is that? They are secured by the assets of the company, in other words Enerox. So CellCube gives the company, Enerox for nothing. No only that, CellCube picks up the entire liability of convertible debentures. In other words a free company plus adding in 4.4 million. What does CellCube get from Bushveld. Of course Bush put some money into Enerox but, so what they are just taking it out of one pocket and putting it in to another. What's wrong with these people. BLATANT.
