RE: Relying on others?

RE: Relying on others?

iWas anyone here into PYN when it crashed, The CEO in that case had, in the weeks prior to Cease Trade, made public statements and released news that the company was doing well, looking forward to growing, and had made many moves to make it profitable. It all came apart when, unbeknownst to us, a financing deal that was as good as done as far as the CEO told us, fell apart at midnight one Wednesday. This deal was what the company depended on to stay afloat. When if failed, company announced immediately that they were seekingbankruptcy  protection and the cease trad order went i n first thing the next morning. In that case there was definitely alot of BS being preached to,the shareholders. Im not saying that this is the case here, but crazy things happen on the vulture exchange, and these junior exec officers just move on to their next company of the day and forget anything ever happened. i am of the opinion that Mr Hable is above this kind of behaviour as is shown in his history, qualifications and experience, but i dont have the same confidence in the present BOD. still gonna hold and hope.
