RE: Update Strange enough why put a 'Shareholder's Right Plan' that early if any major work was completed.
There must be a logical reasoning for this plan to be put in place since Sept 10,2012
But what happens if the said mgmnt decides to do a share swap with CLB...they can do a 3-1
