why are you accounting for 20% ownership. That is equated in the 1.25:1 stock consolidation ratio. Don’t forget, most shares will be escrowed. Not sure why the negativity is so extensive. I know we are frustrated with the length of the halt, but terrible math doesn’t help potential investors. Guide them to the facts....
