RE:RE:Licensed Facility for Sale?

RE:RE:Licensed Facility for Sale?I guess there isn't any cannabis manufacturing contracts to be had out there, these guys were so late to the party everyone had a dance partner.

Gotta wonder how many of the board/directors/advisors are partial owners of the property.  Anyone have a real estate agent friend that can look up who is on title and how much they paid 3 yrs ago?  Anyone call the listing agent and ask if the cannabis company is operational?

So no manufacturing contracts, no income from Budd Hutt, no sales license, and a ceo that is likely going to suck whatever cash he can out of the business into his building to get out with what he can.

The listing makes it sound like they would prefer to sell the CVGR equipment with the business.  Not sure what the equipment would be worth, or a manufacturing license, but not sure someone would pay 1c a share.  Good luck getting top dollar for a building with a tenant that only wants to pay in penny shares and broken promises.  lol.
